Shoucong Chen

Shoucong Chen is a Tech Lead and Senior Staff Software Engineer at Uber, where they currently lead the "Repair Engine" initiative, integrating AI and data science to improve incident management across the Uber fleet. Previously, Shoucong served as a Tech Lead at Databricks, driving the development of critical cloud infrastructure, and spent five years at Google, where they played a pivotal role in the launch of the Google Stackdriver Kubernetes Engine Monitoring & Logging product. Shoucong holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
