Shun Sampei is currently a Senior Program Specialist IV at Uber, specializing in strategy and customer experience. They are pursuing a Master's degree in Management of Information Systems and Digital Innovation at The London School of Economics. Previously, Shun gained experience as a Seller Service Intern at Amazon and in asset management roles at UBS. They have also contributed significantly to customer experience optimization and operational management during their time at Uber. Shun is honored to be a member of the Japan business federation scholars and has acted as a team lead representing Japan in an international academic program.
