Simon Tong

Simon Tong is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across prominent companies. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Restaurants ANZ for Uber Eats since March 2024, Simon previously held multiple strategic and operational positions at Google from April 2016 to March 2024, culminating in the role of Director, Strategy & Operations EMEA. Prior to Google, Simon spent over a decade at Procter & Gamble, advancing through roles such as General Manager of Emerging Channels and National Account Manager. Simon holds a Bachelor of Engineering with First Class Honours in Computer Engineering and a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics & Finance, both from the University of Melbourne, and received early education at United World College South East Asia.
