Smitha Subhas possesses extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as Head HR for Technology India at Uber. Previous roles include Chief of Staff to the Vice President of APJC People & Communities at Cisco, along with various HR positions such as People Consultant for APJC Customer Experience Centres, Human Resources Manager, and Manager of Human Resources at Wipro Technologies. Smitha began their career as an HR Generalist Senior Analyst at Dell and completed a summer internship at Texas Instruments. Smitha holds an MBA in Human Resources and Corporate Governance from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a BE in Electrical and Electronics from Manipal Institute of Technology.
