Sophia You is a technology strategy and transformation professional at EY, previously holding positions at Uber and Scotiabank. They have a diverse background in media communications, event coordination, and program management, having worked on initiatives such as scaling Uber Eats across Canada and implementing data intelligence solutions at Scotiabank. As an advocate for responsible technology and a founder of Youtlet®, Sophia combines their entrepreneurial spirit with a commitment to community building and social impact. Currently pursuing an International Bachelor of Business Administration at the Schulich School of Business, they continue to expand their expertise in technology and innovation.
