Spencer Tomsett

Spencer Tomsett is a skilled Play-by-Play Commentator currently working with Crimson Tide Productions and has notable experience in broadcasting for various sports on the SEC Network+ and ESPN+, including the 2023 NCAA Women’s Soccer Tournament. Alongside broadcasting, Spencer serves as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Alabama's College of Communication and Information Sciences. A diverse background includes roles as a Driver for Lyft and Uber, and as a Play-by-Play Commentator for College Hockey South, Alabama Women's Hockey, and Alabama Adapted Athletics. Educational achievements consist of a PhD in Communication and Information Sciences from The University of Alabama, along with a Master's and Bachelor's degree from Middle Tennessee State University and an Associate's degree from Columbia State Community College.
