Stephanie B. is currently the Head of Driver LATAM and a Global Women at Uber Co-Chair, leading initiatives to enhance driver access and growth within Latin America. They previously held various leadership roles at Uber, including Women at Uber LATAM Lead and Head of Core Operations South Cone. Prior to joining Uber, Stephanie served as Head of Investor Relations at Aguas Andinas, where they developed the company's investor relations strategy and contributed to significant sustainability initiatives. Their earlier experience includes managerial roles at Starcom MediaVest Group and project consultancy at Home-Wizard.Com, having begun their professional journey with internships at JWT and Trust Company of the West. Stephanie holds a double major bachelor's degree in Economics and Psychology, alongside a Master's in International Economics and Finance from Brandeis University.
