Teng Zhang

Teng Zhang, also known as Tom, is the Senior Director of Government Relations at Walmart China. With extensive experience in public policy, they have served as a Director at Meituan-Dianping since 2017 and have held various government relations roles at Uber Technology since 2014. Previously, Teng was a Section Chief at the Chinese Ministry of Commerce from 2003 to 2011, specializing in government policy and international business strategy. They earned an MBA from George Mason University in 2013 and a Bachelor's degree in International Economics & Trade from Southwest Jiaotong University in 2003.
