Thys de Beer

Thys de Beer has a strong background in engineering and operations, having earned a Master of Science in Engineering Management, cum laude, from Stellenbosch University. They began their career with an internship at E-Lek, followed by positions as a Junior Lecturer and a Supply Chain Consultant at Resolve Solution Partners. Thys has held multiple roles at Uber, including Operations Lead for MEA Small Cities, where they currently oversee operational strategies and growth. Their previous experience also includes a role as Business Development Analyst at Lonrho FSCM.
