Tiep Vu

Tiep Vu is a Staff Machine Learning Engineer at Uber with a strong interest in new AI technologies. They previously held roles as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer and Machine Learning Engineer at Google, where they improved Ads Machine Learning models and developed models to predict query quality. Tiep served as a Deep Learning and Computer Vision Researcher at Helm.ai, where they made significant contributions to autonomous vehicle technologies. They also gained experience as a Research Assistant at Penn State University and a Research Intern at the U.S. Army Research Laboratory. Tiep earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Hanoi University of Science and Technology.
