Tomasz Krawczyk

Tomasz Krawczyk is the Senior Director, Head of US & Canada Community Operations at Uber. He was promoted to Senior Director in July 2019; previously he held this role at the Director level, and earlier was the Head of US & Canada Customer Service Experience. Before joining Uber in 2017, he spent more than five years with Charles Schwab, lastly as the Head of Customer Experience and Marketing for Independent Branch Services. Tomasz holds a BS, Computer & Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute,
