Țona Alexandra

Țona Alexandra is a Team Lead currently overseeing operations in Greece for Uber, bringing 6+ years of experience in customer support and operations across the EMEA region. Previously, Țona held various leadership positions at Uber, including Team Leader roles in Hungary, Italy, and Poland, where they focused on team performance, quality management, and operational excellence. Prior to joining Uber, Țona worked as a Web Crawler and Data Operator at Cylex, contributing to data processing and analysis. They also served as a Guest Trainer for UberEats, delivering training to new multilingual team members. Țona holds a degree in Biology from Universitatea „Babeș-Bolyai” din Cluj-Napoca and a Baccalaureate in Biology and Chemistry.
