Tracy Krilich

Tracy Krilich currently serves as the Head of Culture and Employee Experience at Uber since August 2024, after previously holding the position of Head of Employee Experience at Square from July 2022 to June 2024. Tracy was a founding member of the Employee Experience team at Uber, where a focus was placed on human-centered design practices from June 2018 to July 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Salesforce as Manager of People Analytics and Manager of Finance & Strategy Business Partner, along with a managerial position at Deloitte in Special Acquisitions Services. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Gonzaga University.
