Travis Millspaugh

Travis Millspaugh is currently the Global Head of Employee Resource Groups at Uber, a position held since 2022. Prior to this, they served as an Executive Assistant at Uber from 2015 to 2022 and as an Operations Manager at Pro Source Building Products from 2007 to 2009. Travis also has extensive experience in team management and recruitment as the Cheer & Dance Head Coach at Seattle University from 2004 to 2016, and as a Sound Transit Community Liaison at Pacific Communications Consultants, Inc. from 2005 to 2007. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Broadcast Studies from Gonzaga University.
