Vaibhav Bhasin

Vaibhav Bhasin is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in leading design teams across various innovative companies. Currently serving as the Group Product Design Manager at Uber since April 2025, Vaibhav leads the Earner Design team, focusing on mobility solutions in Fleets, Hailables, and Sustainability. Previously, at Upstox, Vaibhav held the position of Senior Director - Head of Design, managing a team of over 25 designers to enhance the financial journey of users. Vaibhav's tenure at GoTo Group included roles as Group Head of Design for Gojek, overseeing a global team in Mobility and Transport, and leading the Transport & Logistics division. Additionally, Vaibhav contributed as a Lead Product Designer at Locus.sh and as a UI/UX Designer at PepperTap. Vaibhav holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science Engineering with a specialization in Open Source Software & Open Standards from UPES.
