Vanessa Walton is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in compliance and corporate law. Currently serving as Sr. Compliance Counsel for Uber Health since November 2021, Vanessa previously held the role of Chief Legal Officer & General Counsel at Total Community Options from July 2011 to June 2021. Vanessa's earlier experience includes positions as Senior Counsel & Compliance Officer at Great-West Life and Annuity Insurance Company, along with leadership roles at Great-West Healthcare and Centura Health. Vanessa has also contributed to the Colorado Women's Bar Association as Past President and began her legal career as Assistant Corporate Counsel at Mercy Health Services. Vanessa holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from The Ohio State University.
