Vivek Gosale has extensive experience in sales, operations, and engineering. Starting as a Senior Engineer at L&T Realty from July 2013 to June 2015, Vivek was involved in the planning and execution of high-rise buildings. Following this, an Area Sales Manager role at JSW Paints from July 2017 to September 2020 included launching and developing the Pune territory. Vivek advanced to a Senior Manager position at JSW Paints from October 2020 to July 2021, where responsibilities included the launch and development of the Mumbai region. Currently, as Regional Operations Manager at Uber since August 2021, Vivek focuses on enhancing user experience through process design and improvement. Additionally, Vivek is a Co-Founder of Truzee since April 2025. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, and a Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
