Xiaoyu Wan is a data science professional with extensive experience in risk and identity at Uber since February 2021. Previously, Xiaoyu served as a Data Science Fellow at Insight Data Science and completed a Software Development Internship focused on Machine Learning at Prophity. At the University of Rochester, Xiaoyu worked as a Data Scientist and Research Assistant, developing an interactive AI learning system prototype for STEM education, and held an internship as a Data Scientist at Wegmans Food Markets, where sales analysis pipelines were constructed for supply chain optimization. Xiaoyu holds a Master of Data Science with a focus on AI and Machine Learning, as well as a Ph.D. in Education Technology from the University of Rochester.
