Yao Chen currently serves as the Global Program Lead for Delivery Safety & Compliance at Uber, having also held the role of Program Manager for Policy Campaigns at Facebook in 2021. Previously, Yao gained extensive experience in various accounting and management roles, including positions at Apple, Global Medical Staffing, Chums, Inc., and Sports Zone Elite. Yao is pursuing a Master’s Degree from the University of Maryland while also working towards a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business.
