Yoyo Chen

Yoyo Chen has a robust background in operations and data analysis, with significant experience across various roles in the technology and logistics sectors. At Pickupp, Yoyo served as Operations Manager, launching the Taiwan market and building a team from the ground up. Subsequently, Yoyo worked at Citymapper as a Data Analyst, leading regional operations in APAC and CEE as Regional Data Manager. Prior experience includes positions at HERE Technologies, where Yoyo developed global data quality metrics, Deliveroo, focusing on market expansion analytics, and HERE, automating mapping operations in North Asia. Currently, Yoyo is the Merchant Analytics & Operations Manager for Uber Direct. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning, both from National Cheng Kung University.
