Alid Dettke

Alid Dettke is the current Chief People Officer at Uberall. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Digital Innovation and then the VP of Open Innovation at Wärtsilä. Before their time at Wärtsilä, they were a Senior Research Executive at Research International from February 2005 to December 2006. In this role, they were responsible for driving and delivering multi-country quantitative research projects within Asia Pacific, Australasia, and Europe for clients from diverse industries. Throughout their career, Alid has been key in designing study approaches, crafting findings and recommendations, and identifying new business models and revenue streams.

Alid Dettke's educational career began with their completing the Abitur at Besselgymnasium Minden. Alid then went on to study European Business at Fachhochschule Münster, before completing their studies with a BA (Hons) from the University of Portsmouth.

They work with Fabrice Lévy - CFO & EVP, Operations, Ana Martinez - CTO, and Tijs van Santen - Chief Customer Officer. Alid Dettke reports to Florian Hübner, CEO & co-Founder.
