Marc Philipp has extensive work experience in customer success management and key account management roles. Marc began their career as an Associate Customer Care at STRATO AG in 2000 and gradually moved up to become a Team Manager Contact Center Germany and a Team Lead Customer Contact Center. Marc also worked as a Trainer in Customer Care during this time. In 2014, Marc joined 1&1 Telecommunication AG as a Manager Outsourcing, where they were responsible for running the Customer Service efforts for the DSL segment of the business. Marc then worked at BOOK A TIGER as the Head of Community Management before joining GoButler as the Head of Customer Experience. In 2015, Marc became the Head of Key Account Operations at Delivery Hero Germany, overseeing the operations of Lieferheld, pizza.de, and Foodora. In 2019, they worked at Deliveroo as a Senior Strategic Key Account Manager, responsible for bringing restaurant and QSR chains on board. Currently, Marc is employed at Uberall as a Senior Customer Success Manager, primarily consulting major international Enterprise clients on product positioning and generating a positive return on investment.
Marc Philipp completed a merchant apprenticeship at OSZ Handel from 1996 to 1999, specializing in wholesale and foreign trade.
