Michelle Sharp is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and analytics. Currently serving as a Senior CX Operations Analyst at Uberall since March 2022, Michelle previously held the roles of Sales Operations Analyst and Implementation Specialist at Names & Faces from February 2019 to February 2022. Prior experience includes working as an Adviser Service Consultant at Allan Gray Proprietary Limited and academic roles at the University of Pretoria, where Michelle was both a Marker and Assistant Lecturer. Educational qualifications include an Honours degree in Statistics from the University of Pretoria, a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) Cum Laude in Statistics and Accounting, also from the University of Pretoria, and Cambridge A'levels in Mathematics and Statistics from Petra High School.
