Steffen Moss

Steffen Moss is an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager at Uberall, serving the EMEA Enterprise region since December 2021, and has also held the role of Interim Director of Customer Success for North America. Prior to Uberall, Steffen took a sabbatical after working in Customer Success at Elucidate and as a Key Account Manager/Customer Success Manager at Mambu from November 2017 to August 2020. Steffen's earlier experience includes a Corporate Account Manager position at JPMorgan Chase, Account Support in US Customs Brokerage at Expeditors International, and a Supply Chain Management Internship at HCA Healthcare. Steffen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with emphases in Supply Chain Management and Marketing from Brigham Young University - Idaho, completed in 2011.
