Will Sholan

Will Sholan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in implementation and customer success across multiple organizations. As Manager of Implementation Services at Uberall since August 2018, Will transformed the Implementation team into a pivotal element of Customer Success, overseeing three direct reports. Previously at Uberall, as a Senior Consultant in Professional Services, Will launched strategic initiatives that enhanced customer retention and improved platform adoption. Earlier roles at PatientPop and Bitium involved optimizing onboarding processes and increasing customer satisfaction through effective project management and cross-departmental collaboration.
