Büşra Ö. has had a long and varied career in the marketing and business development fields. Büşra began their career as a Marketing Intern at Celebi Havacılık Holding / Celebi Holding in 2010. In 2013, they became an HR Specialist at MNG Airlines, where they were responsible for finding, screening, recruiting and training job applicants, as well as administering employee-benefit programs. In 2015, they joined SDS Snapper (M&T Displays) as a Sales And Marketing Specialist. Büşra then moved to egegen Internet Solutions in 2017 as a Key Account Manager. That same year, they started their role as Senior Business Developer & Marketing Lead and Corporate Marketing Specialist at Dönmez Debriyaj Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. In 2021, they became a Project Management Team Lead and Account Based Marketing Team Lead at an undisclosed company. Finally, in 2022, they joined Trio Mobil as a Growth Marketing Manager and in 2023, they became a Lead Generation Team Lead at UberCloud.

Büşra Ö. began their educational journey in 2012 with the Diplomasi Okulu at Bahçeşehir University. Büşra then obtained a Bachelor's degree in European Studies/Civilization from the same university between 2009 and 2014. In 2013, Büşra Ö. completed a Curso De Espanol at Universitat Pompeu Fabra - Barcelona. Afterward, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Political Science and Government from Universitat Pompeu Fabra in 2013. Between 2017 and 2021, Büşra Ö. obtained various certifications, including Iletişim Becerileri from KalDer, Türkiye Kalite Derneği, Microsoft İleri Excel from I-Akademi Eğitim & Danışmanlık, Marka ve Algı Yönetimi from IZTO VAKFI - İzmir Ticaret Odası Eğitim ve Sağlık Vakfı, Facebook ve Instagram Reklamcılığı from IZTO VAKFI - İzmir Ticaret Odası Eğitim ve Sağlık Vakfı, Ürün Yaşam Döngüsü Yönetimi Eğitimi from Sempro Danışmanlık & Mühendislik, Geleceğin İş Yapma Modelleri from Rönesans Değişim ve Yönetişim Bilimleri Enstitüsü, and Microsoft Excel 2021 from Elginkan Holding. In 2020, Büşra Ö. began pursuing a Master's degree in Marketing & Brand Management from Ege University, which they are expected to complete in 2021.
