Daniel Gruber

Daniel Gruber has held a variety of positions in the technology field since 1999. Daniel began their career with a hands-on training role at Fichtner Consulting Engineers in 1999. In 2007, they were a Student Researcher at Daimler. Daniel then moved on to Sun Microsystems in 2008 as a Software Engineer Grid Computing. In 2010, they were a Software Engineer at Oracle. From 2011 to 2016, they were a Senior Solutions Architect and Senior Software Engineer at Univa Corporation. Daniel then joined Pivotal, Inc. in 2016 as a Senior Platform Architect. Most recently, they have been the Director Of Architecture at UberCloud since 2019.

Daniel Gruber obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Information Engineering from the University of Konstanz in 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Certified Computer Scientist in Business Informatics from ADV Böblingen in 2001. In 2009, they obtained a SCJP 6 certification from Sun Microsystems.
