Ender GULER

Ender GULER began their career in 1998 as a Point Of Sales Technical Support Call Center Operator at Pamukbank TAS. In 2002, they became a Junior Network Administrator at Ramtek Communication Technologies, an internet service provider, hosting, and IP telephony company. In 2003, they worked at Hiperaktif Dot Com Agency as an IT/IS Manager, System and Web Developer, and at Okuyunca Online bookstore as a System Administrator and MySQL DB designer. From 2006 to 2015, Ender GULER was at the National Center for High Performance Computing of Turkey, first as a Systems and Operations Manager and then as the Head System Administrator & HPC Application Specialist. In 2015, they became a SAN and Storage Administrator at Intertech Information Technology and Marketing Inc. From 2016 to 2017, they worked at Koç University as an HPC Consultant and Senior HPC Systems Specialist. Ender GULER then moved on to become the Head of HPC System Operations at UberCloud in 2017. Additionally, since 2007, they have been a Freelance Consultant and Linux Trainer, providing HPC system design, installation, application installation and fine-tuning, InfiniBand network design and installation, parallel storage system design and installation, Xen and KVM based virtualization design and installation, highly available Linux cluster design and installation, and advanced Linux system administration training.

Ender GULER completed their Bachelor in Economics and Statistics from Istanbul University in 2004. Ender attended Isiklar Military High School from 1993 to 1997, where they studied Mathematics. In 2017, Ender obtained an OpenStack Certification by Mirantis at the Professional Level (OCM100). In 2014, they obtained a Mellanox Certified InfiniBand Professional - Level 1 from Mellanox Technologies.
