Erdem Çankaya

Erdem Çankaya is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in UX/UI and industrial design. Currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at Simr (formerly UberCloud) since January 2024, Erdem previously held roles as Senior UX Designer and UX Designer at Commencis from June 2022 to January 2024. Prior to that, Erdem worked as an Industrial Designer at Aselsan between June 2018 and May 2022 and gained experience as a UX Design Assistant Specialist and Industrial Design Intern at UTRLAB from July 2016 to March 2018. Initial experience includes an Industrial Design Internship at Gürsan İnşaat Makinaları San. Ltd. Şti. in 2015 focused on new product development and production detail enhancements. Erdem holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Product Design and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Middle East Technical University, completed between 2012 and 2021.
