Ran (Ron) Rachlin

Ran (Ron) Rachlin has a long and varied career in the tech industry. Ran (Ron) began as a Regional Sales Manager at Silicom Ltd in 1995. In 1997, they were promoted to Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Sales Operations. In 1998, they became President and CEO of Silicom Inc., where they were responsible for all aspects of the company including sales, business development, marketing, product positioning, customer service, inventory control, finance, HR, investor relations, and operations. In 2003, they became President and CEO of Mul-T-Lock USA, Inc., where they had full P&L responsibility overseeing all marketing, sales, finance, HR, operations & assembly and administrative affairs. In 2007, they were promoted to Senior Vice President of Global Marketing, Business Development and Sales at Mul-T-Lock, with full responsibility for ten (10) global subsidiaries around the globe, acquisition of new subsidiaries, and global distribution. Ran (Ron) also had complete responsibility for the global marketing headquarters department and the global marketing strategy. In 2010, they became CEO of GENERAL engineers. In 2012, they joined Knollan Ltd. as a Member of the Advisory Board. Finally, in 2013, they co-founded Ubertesters, a global provider of a comprehensive, cloud-based, process management tool for mobile applications beta testing projects, and serves as its CEO.

Ran Rachlin obtained a Bachelor of Business (B.A) from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo in Marketing and Finance. Ran (Ron) then went on to obtain an MBA with honors, major in International Business from Montclair State University between 1998 and 2001. In October 2016, Ran Rachlin obtained a certification in How to Pitch to Investors from LinkedIn.
