Roman Soroka

Roman Soroka has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources and Recruitment. Roman started their career in 2007 as a Manager in PRline advertising agency. In 2009, they worked as a Psychologist in a state structure. In 2013, Roman Soroka began working as an IT Recruiter on a freelance basis before joining Ubertesters and Eastern Peak as an HR Manager and Recruiter. At Eastern Peak, they later became a Recruitment Team Lead and HR Manager, where they were involved in analyzing staffing requirements, directing the recruitment process, and recruiting IT specialists for various positions. Roman also monitored the labor market and salary levels, organized interviews, and managed the adaptation process of new employees. Roman Soroka also participated in the development of regulations, standards, and procedures.

From 2004 to 2009, Roman Soroka attended V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, where they pursued a Master's degree in Psychology.
