Eric Chen

Eric Chen has a diverse work experience in the field of IT systems and management. Eric is currently serving as the Director of IT Systems at Ubicquia since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Teladoc Health as a Manager, ITSM from November 2020 to December 2021. Before that, they held the position of Sr ERP Solution Architect at BH Cosmetics from August 2020 to November 2020.

Eric'sprevious experience includes working at iHerb Inc. as a Senior Manager, IT Operations from December 2018 to August 2020, and as an Application Support Manager from January 2015 to December 2018. Eric also worked at Concentrus as a Business System Analyst from January 2014 to November 2014, and as a Developer Lead/Taiwan Coordinator from February 2011 to January 2014.

Earlier in their career, Eric served as a Project Manager at Eureka Revenue, Inc. from April 2009 to February 2011. Eric also worked as an IT Manager at The NetWireless from February 2004 to March 2009, and as a Project Manager at Just PCS Inc from June 2000 to January 2003.

Throughout their work experience, Eric has demonstrated skills in managing IT infrastructure, overseeing projects, and implementing and supporting systems and software.

Eric Chen obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Phoenix between 2005 and 2007. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix from 2003 to 2005. Eric also completed their high school education at Temple City High School between 1990 and 1992.
