Alice Hilliard

Alice Hilliard has held a variety of roles in the retail industry since 2009. Alice began their career as a Merchandise Manager at Lane Bryant, where they were then promoted to SVP/GMM and VP/DMM of Merchandising. In 2004, they moved to The Limited where they held the roles of Associate Vice President, Merchandise Manager, and Director of Customer Intimacy. In 2018, Alice joined Ubihere as VP of Marketing and Business Development and Rev1 Ventures as a Mentor and Advisor. Alice then worked as a Contract Recruiter for ZRG Partners, LLC and Ashley Stewart, Inc. in 2019 and 2021, respectively. Additionally, in 2021, Alice took on a Freelance Recruiter role with AERIN. During their career, Alice has filled a variety of positions for large and small companies, including finance, buying and planning, IT, stores, eCommerce, merchant, and senior merchant roles.

Alice Hilliard received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Retail Merchandising and Marketing from The Ohio State University.
