Thomas Ho has extensive work experience in the tech industry. Thomas began their career in 1996 as a Software Engineer at IBM, providing pre-sale technical support for OS/2 and other IBM branded software products. In 2000, they moved to Procomp as a Project Manager for the product marketing team, leaving the company soon after due to the strange company atmosphere. Later that year, they returned to IBM as an Embedded ViaVoice Solution Architect. In 2005, they joined HTC as a Manager, Technical Management, and eventually became a Director of the Product Division. In 2013, they joined Mozilla Corporation as an Interim Country Manager, responsible for managing their Taipei office with 150+ employees. Thomas also helped close several gaps between Taipei and Mozilla's global offices and implemented a tighter integration of the Taipei office workflow into the global engineering organization. In 2015, they joined Silk Labs as Vice President of Devices. In 2017, they became an Advisor at Conduit Ventures. Finally, in 2018, they joined Noodoe Corporation as Vice President of Customer Success, Vice President of Business Development for Ionex Commercial, and Vice President of EV Charging. In 2020, they joined Ubiik Inc. as Vice President of Business Development.
Thomas Ho attended Chien-Kuo High School from 1985 to 1988. Thomas then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mathematics from National Taiwan University from 1988 to 1992. In May 2012, they obtained a LEED Green Associate certification from the US Green Building Council.
