What do we do
We help growing companies take the long and exciting journey to being a company on the sure path to growth.

How do we do it
The key to scaling up is robust support functions like Finance, HR, IT, Processes and Strategy. They provide the platform for your core competence to flourish. We provide these functions as a complete function, or lead it for you or do vital parts of it for you. So for instance we can take over the complete Finance function or be your CFO. We could find you talent or help you manage it. If you are not sure what's wrong, or what needs to be worked on we can perform an Internal Audit or a Process Diagnostic. Essentially whatever help is required in the support functions is what we can do.

Who are we
A diverse mix of experience, age, qualifications and skills and geographies: Chartered Accountants, MBA's CFA's Cost Accountants, Company Secretaries and Engineers. There is an almost even spread of age, from early 20's to late 50's. Some of us worked in the Big 4, some worked as CFO's, some as Functional Heads in some of the best companies in India. ITC, UB Group, Kotak, KPMG, EY, JP Morgan, HDFC Securities and ICICI Bank.
