Bob Tirva

Bob Tirva is an experienced financial executive and board member with a robust background in corporate governance and finance. Currently serving on the boards of Ubilite and POET Technologies since December 2024 and May 2025, respectively, Tirva also participates as a board member and Audit Committee Chair at Skyworks Aeronautics Corp. since 2021. Previous roles include significant leadership positions such as President and Chief Operating Officer at Sonim Technologies (2019-2022) and CFO at Resonant Inc. (2018-2022) and Intermedia (2016-2019). Notable past experiences include serving as Corporate Controller for Dropbox and a long tenure at Broadcom, where Tirva held multiple senior finance roles. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Yale School of Management and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
