Bruna Lima

Bruna Lima is a seasoned professional with a strong background in FinOps, customer success, and IT governance. They began their career as an English teacher and pedagogical supervisor before advancing to roles such as bilingual assistant and F&I assistant at Localiza. Presently, Bruna serves as a Sr. FinOps and Customer Success Manager at CloudZero, where they focus on optimizing cloud operational costs while enhancing customer relationships. Bruna also holds dual MBA degrees in Data Science and Analytics from USP/Esalq and a bachelor's degree in Economics from the Federal University of Minas Gerais.
