Bart Markus

Bart Markus is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience across multiple technology and energy companies. Currently serving as a board member and chair at Orbex, First Light Fusion, Ultimaker, NexWafe, GlassPoint, Vernaio, and ubiqu, Bart has held the CEO position at GAP Technology Holding since May 2005. Additionally, Bart co-founded Hexagem AB, specializing in defect-free GaN substrates for RF electronics, and advises on fund management at Innerproduct Partners. Bart's academic background includes an MBA in Finance from INSEAD and a Master of Science in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from the University of Twente.
