Will

Will Ma is a Mechanical Product Designer specializing in Power and Switch products at Ubiquiti Inc. since March 2021. Prior to this role, Will served as a Manufacturing Project Manager and Team Lead for smartwatches at Garmin, where responsibilities included overseeing manufacturing processes, as well as working as a mechanical assembly engineer. Will's career began at 台積電 as an equipment engineer. Educationally, Will holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Taiwan University, another Master's degree in Supply Chain and Operations Management from the University of Nottingham, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Cheng Kung University.
