Jess Flack is the CEO and co-founder of The Ubiquitous Agency, a digital marketing agency that specializes in helping small businesses grow online. Jess has over 10 years of experience in the marketing and web development field, and has held leadership positions at some of the top creative agencies in the country.

Jess got their start in marketing and web development at Crash Creative, where they spent 4 years as the Director of Marketing & Client Success. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. Jess also oversaw the company's web development efforts, landing page optimization, and user experience design.

After Crash Creative, Jess spent a year at Southside Creative as the Marketing & Web Development Lead. In this role, they managed a team of developers and designers who worked on a variety of web and marketing projects for small businesses. Jess also led the company's efforts to improve its online presence and organic search ranking.

Jess is a passionate advocate for small businesses, and they are excited to help them grow and succeed online through The Ubiquitous Agency.

After completing their undergraduate degree at Lee University, Jess Flack may pursue a variety of careers in digital media. Jess could become a web designer, graphic artist, or even a computer animator.
