Kate Edge serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Ubisense since December 2024, bringing extensive experience in finance leadership from prior roles at Garrison, Kick Game, and Itch Pet, among others. With a strong background in managing finance departments in rapidly growing B2C SaaS and impactful companies, Kate has successfully led fundraising processes, developed robust financial reporting systems, and fostered business partnering relationships across organizations. Previous positions include Investment Manager at Social Tech Ventures and Investment Professional at Marwyn, with significant involvement in high-value acquisitions and fundraising transactions. Kate holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance from Warwick Business School.
