Adrian Solca is an Enterprise and Team Agile Coach with a focus on enabling sustainable change. Currently serving as Manager of Agile Coaching and Project Management at Ubisoft since 2018, Adrian has developed a team of Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, and Project Managers to enhance the department's Agile journey. Previously, from 2011 to 2014, Adrian held several roles at Ubisoft, including IT Associate Director in E-Commerce, where they built the first cross-functional Agile team and introduced Agile practices. Adrian earned a Bachelor's degree from Universitatea „Politehnica” din București.
