Cari McPherson

Cari McPherson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer support, multimedia coordination, translation, and creative writing. Currently serving as Team Lead for Escalations at Ubisoft since August 2018, Cari has held various roles within the company, including Specialist positions for the Case Assistance and Player First Teams, as well as Customer Support Representative. Prior to Ubisoft, Cari worked as a Multimedia Coordinator at The Lean Leadership Academy and served as a freelance JP to ENG Translator at Wagner Consulting International. Additional experience includes working as a Line Cook and Trainer at Panera Bread and as a Writer/Photographer for Askew Magazine. Cari holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from North Carolina State University and has further education from Sandhills Community College.
