Didier Crespel

Didier Crespel is the current Lead Independent Director at Ubisoft. Didier has also previously worked for AMS, Anjou Machines Spéciale, Crespel & Associates, and Shapers Group. From December 2000 to December 2012, they were the Directeur Général at Shapers Group where they were responsible for industrial restructuring, strong commercial development, export diversification, and more. From January 1993 to November 2000, they were the Directeur Général at Valeo where they oversaw industrial restructuring and the establishment of a new factory in the Czech Republic.

Didier Crespel attended EDHEC Business School, where they earned a Diplome EDHEC. Didier also attended Lycée Chateaubriand - Rennes, where they completed a Classe préparatoire HEC.
