Ethan Thompson

Ethan Thompson is an Associate Director of Strategic Implementation, responsible for Learning & Development, Quality, PMO, and Programme Management strategies for a globally scaled Player-centric Service Delivery Centre. Previously, Ethan held roles as a Development and Quality Manager and Senior Manager, Development & Quality at Ubisoft, where they implemented strategies across multiple EMEA-based video game service environments. Prior to that, Ethan served as a Learning & Development Manager at Concentrix and held various roles at Convergys, including Learning and Development Professional and Supervisor. Ethan began their career as a Stock Manager at Woolworths from 2006 to 2008.
