Greg Bradic is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an IT Team Lead at Ubisoft since 2020, overseeing a team of 13 system administrators focused on maximizing service availability through effective monitoring and incident management. Prior to Ubisoft, Greg took a brief hiatus in 2019 to provide full-time care for a family member. From 2001 to 2018, Greg held various positions at TELUS, including Manager of Customer Experience Incident Management, where leadership of an 11-member team was key to managing incident strategies for customers.
