Isabel Barguñó

Isabel Barguñó is an HR Strategy & Transformation Partner at Ubisoft, where they focus on identifying opportunities for improvement in HR practices and managing talent development. Previously, they worked at Ubisoft Studios as a Talent Management Partner, overseeing people development and performance management from 2018 to 2023. Isabel has also held various roles in production management, including positions as Associate Producer and Line Producer Coordinator. They earned a Postgraduate degree in Strategic Management of Talent from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and a Bachelor’s in Audiovisual Communication from Universidad Pompeu Fabra. Passionate about sports, Isabel is an organized and self-motivated team player dedicated to improving team efficiency.
