Isabelle G. is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Since March 2007, Isabelle has been serving as the Worldwide Corporate Director at Ubisoft, overseeing corporate governance activities, compliance with regulatory recommendations, and employee shareholder plans. Prior to Ubisoft, Isabelle worked at Pathé from November 1995 to February 2007 as a legal advisor focused on managing a large group of companies, contributing to significant corporate events such as the first split of a listed company in France and the establishment of joint ventures.
