Jean Balaya

Jean Balaya is currently the Product Design Director at Ubisoft, where they lead the operational strategy for the Support Center, managing a diverse team while driving innovation and enhancing user experiences. Previously, they held various roles at Ubisoft including EMEA Program Manager for Digital Marketing and Associate Director of Product Design. Jean began their career as a Multimedia Project Integrator at Euro Disney and has also worked as a Web Designer at CBS Interactive. In addition to their professional experience, Jean serves as a Product Design Mentor at Web School Factory, where they guide students through real-world design challenges. Jean holds a Master’s degree in Création et Edition Numérique from Université Vincennes-Saint-Denis (Paris VIII).
