Julien Blervaque

Julien Blervaque is an accomplished technical director and UX-UI designer with extensive experience in the video game and animation industries. Currently serving as the Sr. Tools Technical Director and UX-UI Designer for the Snowdrop game engine at Ubisoft Paris Studio since October 2021, Julien focuses on user feedback, solution design, and the development of tools for cinematics. Julien's career at Ubisoft began in 2011 and includes roles such as Head of User Experience at Ubisoft Animation Studio and various technical director positions within Ubisoft Motion Pictures, contributing to the development of innovative tools and user experiences. Previous roles include Graphics Technical Designer at DreamCorp (VR), Character Technical Director at Ubisoft Montpellier, and multiple technical positions at other companies, showcasing a strong foundation in graphics, production pipelines, and procedural modeling. Julien holds a Master of Engineering degree in Software Engineering from UTBM and has furthered education at Concordia University.
